Affiliate Program Terms of Service

Agreement

By signing up to be an Affiliate in the IPTVNW US Affiliate Program, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”).

Enrollment

To begin enrollment, you will complete and submit an online application via the IPTVNW US site. We may re-evaluate your application at any time.

Affiliate Responsibilities

It is understood that you will introduce IPTVNW US to your current and prospective customers and will comply with all laws that govern email marketing and anti-spam laws. IPTVNW US reserves the right to accept or reject any prospective customers and will pay you a commission per customer referred using your affiliate link according to the current “Affiliate Commission Structure.”

Affiliate Commission Structure

You will receive a commission for referring authorized customers via your affiliate link. The current rate is 25% of the product’s sale price paid by the customer. Commissions are subject to review and change.

Payment

Affiliate payments will be set as a minimum threshold and processed through PayPal. You must provide us with the correct PayPal account information.

Legal Compliance

All affiliates must comply with all federal, state and local regulations within your jurisdiction. This includes taxation laws, disclosure requirements, and any other legal requirements.

Intellectual Property

IPTVNW US retains all rights to our brand and other intellectual property. You may not alter our brand or intellectual property in any way.

Termination

Your affiliate application and status in the Program may be suspended or terminated for any of the following reasons: inappropriate advertisements (false claims, misleading hyperlinks), spamming (mass email, mass newsgroup posting, etc.), advertising on sites containing/promoting illegal activities, or for any breach of this agreement.

Limitation of Liability

IPTVNW US will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions) due to affiliate tracking failures, loss of database files, or any results of “intents of harm” to the Program or our website.
